This swirl coffeepot is very unusual for the blue swirl on blue color with a acorn finial lid, not the normal blue swirl on white. I have had some coffeepots over the years, but this one is the first for me to own or see anyw, in this color scheme. It measure 9 3/4 inches tall to the top of the acorn finial. The condition is alright with three pin head chips on the inside rim of pot(one just a little bigger). The lid has a chip that is a 1/4 inch by 1/8 inch by a shiver(photo). T is a chip on the base, also(photo). The base has a hair-line crack that goes all the way around and t a two lines that come off that ring line, one going up 1 1/2 inches and the other going across the base(photo). These lines do go thru, but are very tight and the pot is solid. T is some bubbling in the glaze on the right side, w the swirl is coming up to the spout(photo). This pot is a real beauty and the color is a deep blue, like the last two photos. T are the nornal factory dimples, glaze straw mark, and some scratches, and roughness. Needs a good cleaning.
