A Lovely Old Blue Staffordshire Transferware Large Platter ~ Pattern Is Albion By Bell England ~ A Beautiful Pattern Featuring A Center Scene Along A Wide Border Of Smaller Scenes Alternating With large Feathery Branches . This platter has lightly discolored crazing with more concentration of the discoloration on one side of the center portion - see pictures. There are 3 places on the backside that appear to be hairlines of about 2- 3 inches. This platter is quite thick and these do not go through to the top side - also they may be crazing lines. The edges show wear and scraping from use in several places - again see pictures. There is a chip on the underside - on the rim it sits on. It measures about 18 3/8 inches across on the longest dimension. Check my listings for lots more lovely old transferware china!
