BLUE & WHITE LOUISIANA PURCHASE CABINET PLATE The Rowland & Marsellus Co, Staffordshire England, designed and imported by Barr's, St. Louis, MO., centering a portrait of Thomas Jefferson, the plated commemorates the "Father of the Louisiana Purchase" on its 100 years anniversary at the 1904 St. Louis World's Fair, diameter 9 7/8".
