From an Estate Sale, offered for auction today is a beautiful Swirl pattern Boston Baked Beans pot. It has "Boston Baked Beans" embossed on one side, and embossed bean plant on the back. The plant has three leaves and three bean pods. The color of the blue is bold and vibrant. Really impressive! It's in better than Good condition! T are a number of small flakes around the top edge. The largest is about 1/4" by 1/2". Others are minimal. No other flakes. No chips or cracks at all. It does NOT have a matching lid, although a lid is included. Keep this in mind - Recent sales of this type of bean pot has brought prices to almost $300 over the last couple of months. Book Value is over $200.00. If you don't mind a mismatched lid, you'll get this at a much better price!
