is used mid 70's to late 70's redline stem, those are utra rare, rarer than cook bros stem hands down. it is all in origional condition, in very nice shape, I have owned few of those stem, this one is the best one I have. the nickle plating still shines nice. the allen bolt and nuts could be replaced, they are 50 cents at a hardware store, but I liked the pantina it gives, so I left it t the redline logos on the clamps are SWEET!. this has not been restored, ... Bolt it on and ride.
