Bob Marley & the Wailers' 1979 Survival Tour was the last North American tour and the second to last tour ever of the renowned reggae singer. Marley brought along a horn section for the 2-month tour, which included a number of politically charged themes that related to the struggle of Africans. On December 2nd, 1979, he played two shows at the Santa Cruz Civic Auditorium. Only a few years later, Bob Marley would succumb to cancer.This original poster, measuring 11" x 17", is on thin gold paper stock. There are no pinholes or major creases, but there are some slight handling marks along the top border - otherwise it's in mint condition. The poster was probably mounted to something at some point as there are 10 pieces of tape on the reverse (see image of back).
