He's a bit forgotten today but he is still a fun watch from the early era of sound and not a bad actor as well! This one has the benefit of a pre-Gabby Hayes. Now, on with the show...A really great looking and quite scarce ORIGINAL TITLE LOBBY CARD from Tiffany Studios from the new sound era of the early 1930's..."The Nevada Buckaroo". Originally released back in 1931 this story features a nice cast of players. It takes place in the late 1800's. A gang of outlaws led by Cherokee Williams played by George Hayes holds up the local stage line outside of Rattlesnake Gulch. The gang consists of Slade [Ed Brady], Guy [Merill McCormick] and the Nevada Kid played by a quite dapper Bob Steele. One of the coaches riders is JoAnn Clinton played by pretty Dorothy Dix. She's a bit shook up by the gang's intentions towards her. The Kid is not so impressed with Slade's actions since it's the stage payroll monies they are after. This all ends up badly for the Kid as the three escape but he's caught and sent off to territorial read more
