This is an original Bob's Big Boy Food Preparation manual that came from the managers office of a Big Boy that was closed down in Orange county. This manual was used for food preparation of the different meals including the famous Bob's Big Boy hamburger, that is top secret!!! It is broken down into eight chapters. These are breakfast, salads, sandwiches, chili dishes, waist watchers, dinners, misc., and junior corner. This manual is rare, and very very hard to find. But this item is a MUST for a Big Boy collector. The inside is in used good condition. This book looks to be either hand typed, or photo copied. The Big Boy Hamburger is in one of the recipes, and it tells you step by step how to make it. I have had it for about 8 years, and it came from the managers office of Orange County Big Boy that had closed. I do not know the exact age of this, as it is hand typed, and t are no dates on it. T are 16 pages of breakfast, 16 pages of salads, 35 pages of sandwiches, 10 pages of chili dishes, 2 pages of waist watchers, 10 pages of dinners, 20 pages of misc., and 4 pages in junior. I hate to part with it, but have just run out of room, since I have moved from a large home, to a small condo. No Big Boy collection would be complete, without this one of a kind item.
