This is a beautiful Bohemian art glass jeweled lamp shade. I do not know the maker, but it is of Moser quality and a variety of techniques were used to emabellish it. It is handpainted as well as jeweled and etched. It measures 8/4 inches in height , 3/4 inches through the neck or brass fitter, and 4 5/8 inches through the top opening. Other than minor wear, I see the only other issues to be two small missing jewls. Still a lovely item.
