I am putting up for auction a metal Unger style buckle which features the Gibson Girl on each side of the buckle. This is a bohemian buckle featured in "Baubles, Buttons and Beads" The Heritage of Bohemia. As you will see it is the identical Gibson Girl and states that it was made at the beginning of the 20th Century. The holders at the back are marked METAL on both sides and it has wonderful detail. T are no chips or damage, dents at all. This buckle would make a fantastic addition to anyone's Art Nouveau collection. It's detail is fantastic. I am selling off my buckle collection which I had sewn onto elastic so that I could wear them because I have simply lost my waistline through age. Dimensions: Length 9 cms or 3.5 inches Width of the buckle: 4 cms or 1.5 inches I will fully refund any money less the shipping costs if the item is grossly misrepresented in the description or the picture. I have described the item to the best of my ability but it is important that you ask questions. Payment must be received after 5 days of the auction ending. Two remind emails will be sent to the purchaser, if I do not hear after that, I will have to contact Ebay. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay. I do not accept international money orders as they take too long to get I only accept direct bank deposit or Paypal.
