is a stunningly beautiful vintage Water/Beverage Set from the mid 1900's. Bohemian Glassworks Ruby Glass, handblown, handpainted high enameled. Just look at the pictures - the richness of the ruby glass, coupled with the elegance of the gold make up a fabulous set! The bead-work and the hand enameling are just amazing. What a WONDERFUL Christmas gift this would make! The pitcher stands very near 12", with a span of 8 1/8" from spout to handle. Each goblet stands 4 7/8" tall, with a span of 3 1/8 across the mouth. Bohemian Glassworks is out of - well - Bohemia, and is one of the highest regarded makers of handpainted/hand enameled glass. My consignee received this set as a wedding gift in the 70's (handed down through a friend's family) and it has been displayed ever since. T is very little wear - a bit of the gold has rubbed or been slightly scratched and t T are a few little bubbles in the glass itself (under the gold) - all indicative of the manner in which it was made. Excellent! This set, in this condition, is extremely rare. Because of this, I will include insurance in the shipping costs. I will ship worldwide at the buyer's expense. Please email for quotes.
