NEW in BOX Includes M10 MILSPEC Sheath (see note below). Description Designed in 1943, the M3 Trench Knife was used by Airborne, Mountain Ranger and Glider infantry units. Made then and now (as a 65th anniversary re-issue ) by Boker. The black, full-tang blade is made of razor-sharp and super-tough high carbon SK-5 steel. The handle is made of stacked leather . NOTE: Includes a lightweight Mil-Spec M10 black fiberglass sheath with belt webbing and leg tie cord (no wire hook; see pictures). Will not dent or break like the much heavier cheap metal reproduction sheath ordinarily supplied by Boker. The M10 sheath also has much better blade retention than the standard Boker sheath. Each knife features a laser engraved serial number. Blade Length: 6 9/16" Overall Length: 11 1/2" Blade Thickness: 0.190" Blade Material: SK-5 Carbon Steel Blade Phosphate Coated M10 Sheath Buyers must be 21 and assume all responsibility for use and liability.
