This auction is for one new Fair Trade Bolga fan. Its woven like with the same grass used on the other Bolga baskets we sell. Beautiful hand woven fan that is durable and will last years. It has a loop at the bottom for hanging too. Plus the loop also has leather wrapped around it to strengthen it even more! Theses great fans move a lot of air! You will be pleased with it. The color is burgundy and navy. Large Size: 11" wide by 16" long including the handle. This basket has a slightly smaller diameter at the rim however, the middle diameter is 15". We measure every basket so its not just a guess but the true size. T really is a difference between Fair Trade quality baskets and regular Bolga baskets. Not only is our concern that the weavers get paid FAIRLY for their work, but we want to be sure we sell only the best products. This is our 5th year selling only African baskets and a few other African products, nothing else. We also try to send back to Africa a portion of our earnings. We believe the people should not only earn fair wages but any extra we can send back helps them even more with their daily living.
