I always have a lot of nice silver listed with low starting bids and low shipping, so please check out my other auctions often! This is a beautiful large antique sterling souvenir spoon from Washington state, with a nice wavy handle with George Washington and "Washington". The bowl is hand-engraved with a detailed scene of two miners panning gold by a stream and "Bonanza Creek." It is in good condition, with a little light scratching and a few tiny dings, not much. It is about 5-1/2" long and well-molded. No monogram or other engraving than that noted . It is marked "Sterling" on the back of the handle with the S hallmark for Shepard, makers of fine sterling until about 1923 when they went out of business. It is not tarnished and has a nice patina.
