One must look very closely to see ANY signs of use. Pages are tight as is the binding. It does have, on the first inside fly page, a prior owner's name and address neatly stamped in German with address in Amsterdam. Interesting. Hardcover, Limited Edition - This copy is #611 (noted) of 700 books printed. It's one of the rarest and hardest to find of all books dealing with American Indian artifacts. Additionally, it is signed by the author making it even more rare. This book has over 700 pages which document in both color and black and white, the most important and beautiful birdstones ever found.
