A superb example of the ebonite version of the famous B & H Emperor. This is the model specially developed for use in extreme climates (e.g. military/outdoor use where wooden ones were prone to cracking) therefor not requiring the periodic bore - oil treatment so often forgotten! It has all the same lovely silver plating and this one has the favoured Reginald Kell key system. It has just been serviced, including complete dissembly for inspection, cleaning, oiling, polishing etc. All the pads look new, and some corks were replaced. Contained in an as new 'Chord' case. This instrument would cost a lot of money in a shop. P.S. The pics. do not do the instrument justice.
