Offered for your bidding pleasure is a Bopla! rimmed soup bowl named 'PEGASUS' from the FANTASIA series. Measuring 8 5/8 inches in diameter with rim, it is in MINT condition. The FANTASIA line, by artist Marcello Fisher, featured mythical images and creatures from fairy tales and mythology. It was one of the first three original series created after 1993 by Langenthal. This a rare find, indeed, if you're looking for earlier pieces. After development of the first three series, one series per year was retired as a new one was developed so that only three series patterns were available at a time. VOYGAGE came next, in 1995, which paired nicely with PARADISE and FANTASIA. With the introduction of ASIA in 1998, FANTASIA was retired. My oversight, your gain: I have two of these bowls. I believe one was given to me as a gift several years ago, and since it's been on the bottom of the stack, I didn't realize t was a twin. Not until I took a good inventory of what I had (in order to purchase more pieces I don't have!) did I find the extra. It has never been used, is in brand new mint condition. Comes from a smoke free home, packaged well . . . of course, it's a Bopla! Buyer to pay $6.95 s/h by PAYPAL (insurance extra, if desired, and I highly suggest you request it). PLEASE BID ONLY IF SERIOUS, AS NEGATIVE FEEDBACK WILL BE LEFT WITH NO CONTACT/PAY. All items shipped carefully and respectfully within 2 business days of receipt of payment. I will contact you with everything you'll need to know to receive your item and I expect to hear from you WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM CLOSE OF AUCTION. No returns, as I describe everything I know in all honesty, and you do have the option of contacting me if you have pre-bidding questions.
