Boss BD-2 Blue Driver Overdrive Pedal ** With a Keeley Mod ( not done by Robert Keeley) ** I have, reluctantly, decided to sell my modded Boss BD-2 blues driver pedal. I am only letting it go as I have invested in some rack-mounted gear. I had the pedal modified by a qualified top pedal modder in the UK to the fantastic Keeley spec so it sounds fantastic. If you’re looking for a pedal to give you that classic gritty overdrive (or just to add a bit of “hair” under your clean tone) then this is the pedal for you. It will go from an almost clean sounding subtle drive to quite a heavy overdrive so covers a lot of tonal ground. It’s superb for that John Mayer, Stevie Ray Vaughanm, Eric Clapton bluesy amp tone. It’s in good used condition (some superficial scratches and paint chips – so please don’t expect a new pedal) and I will put it in another of my original Boss box (however it’s not the original blues driver specific boss box as I can’t find that now).
