What a phenomenal find!!! A matched set or demi parure of vintage HUMMINGBIRD BROOCH And earrings iwth goldtone metal, Persian blue cabochons, hand set, and gorgeous faux-pearls in the earrings. The hummingbird has two clear rhinestones, a red rhinestone eye and amazing long irridescent MOTHER OF PEARL wings. I have long been fascinated by these tiny beings. We have many hummingbirds in East Texas and I adore them! The brooch measures 2" long and stands about 1" tall/thick when laid flat, as the opposite wing is set UP at an upward angle VERY three-dimensional. The earrings are about 1 1/4" long and flower shaped. No missing or dead stones, no replaced stones, no flaws! AMAZING!!! Brooch is signed BOUCHER. The earrings are clip ons and signed BOUCHER as well as with a patent number that begins with 2668 and I can't make out the rest. Offered at NO RESERVE!
