On offer here is a collectable hardbound publication - THE RAILWAY MAGAZINE - VOLUME 116 - JANUARY TO DECEMBER 1970 . The item measures approx. 18cms. by 25cms. high and contains 704 pages profusely illustrated throughout text with a wealth of black and white photographs, each with a detailed caption - and providing a mass of detailed information on most railway topics of the period. The book is hardbound in NON publisher's red cloth binding (which is remarkably similar to the official binding) with gilt titling to front cover and spine. The volume has no index but all the original magazine covers bound in together with the contents list for each monthly issue - and is in very good condition.
