These represent excellent value for money, and can save you £££s off the normal price. I sell a lot of student clarinets, and always include some reeds to start people off. However, with even basic Rico clarinet reeds selling at around £15 for a box of 10 (and £23 for Vandorens!) I started looking round for cheaper alternatives. I tried a couple of Chinese brands, Flying Goose and Riyin, and found them to be perfectly acceptable, especially for less experienced players on a tight budget. So, I've recently started selling these Riyin reeds, which I buy direct from the wholesaler in China, and the feedback has been really good - a recent sample is shown below, but just "These reeds are really good - same quality as the big brand names.
