Up for offer is a mixed box of 12 hand decorated blown glass silver mercury glass ornaments. Blue, hand decorated with white and yellow.The flocked pine cone measure 2.5" ; two bells (with ringers) 2"; triple indented ball 2.25" ; eight balls measure approximately 1.75"- 2.5" (not including the pikes). All are very light in weight. There is clouding (much loss on the larger balls), silver and color loss, gelitan flaking, scratches, some darkened spots, dust and candle wax residue. No chips. No cracks. The pikes are intact on all but two. Various caps and wires. One wears a West Germany cap, the other caps are unmarked and one satin ball has homemade thread and wire hanger . c1900's-1960's. Nice lot of Gorgeous OLD ornaments, they look their age but have held up pretty well. Please see our other auctions for more antique and vintage ornaments from Germany.
