18th C Rev. War period " box lot " of 7 early items. (#1) 18c tortoise shell book mark found in a 18th c book nice shape 5" long (( Read the paper work on this item )) (#2) bone letter opener ? 7 " long nice condition (#3) 3 sided tortoise piece used for ?. 2" at each side, nice shape (#4) bone bracelet 2 " in diameter, nice (#5) tortoise scoop nice condition 4" long in the middle and 2 1/2 " wide also at the middle (#6) two " Broken " tortoise napkin rings which do NOT go with each other. (#7) a small horn cup or measure, nice condition.. All are from a box lot bought at Rad Curdy's estate auction back in 2005. These and many more items I will be listing on E-Bay belonged to Radford Curdy (1935-2002) of Dutchess County N.Y.. Rad was a very well know historian, author, genealogist and noted archeologist in the Mid-Hudson Valley of New York. He was also a recognized authority on Colonial and Revolutionary history. I am not a dealer and had know Rad Curdy from the early 1970's as we both had a very deep interest in the Rev. War. His knowledge of the Rev. War was outstanding and he is truly missed. (( NO reserve and VERY low starting bid )). Please " view seller's other items " as I will be more then happy to help with shipping cost if buying more then one item and my thanks once again to all for looking.
