Here is a box lot of train parts. 3 Ives motors, two electric and one wind-up. See box lot info below, as is as found . FOR BOX LOTS OR LARGE LOTS: We get some great box lots from our consignors. But these lots are not described or inspected item by item and are sold as is as found. We will try to note any problems while handling the items but we will not guarantee we catch everything. Listing box lots instead of item by item in many different auctions means we can list at at a low starting price for the whole lot rather than the same starting price for each piece. And although the shipping for a large lot of items can get expensive because of weight or box size, it certainly is a lot less than the accumulated cost of shipping each item by itself if they were bought one at a time. Listing box lots also allows us to list items that we would not otherwise list, because their individual value would be too low. So although we are limited to the amount of detail we can give about the individual items in a box lot, you get a substantial shipping savings, access to more of a variety of items, and sometimes a treasure in the mix! If the winning bidder does not want all the items in a lot let us know before we pack the morning after the auction. We are selling consigned items so we need to have more specific guidelines than someone selling their own items or easily replaced readily available new items. We are of course responsible to you as a bidder to do our best to make this a pleasant honest transaction. However we also are obligated to protect our consignors items and their interests. So please take the time to read all the information provided. We are doing our best to describe these consigned items, each item we handle is a new experience for us and often you as a potential bidder know more than we do about these items. As we are selling used, older, and played with items, expect normal age appropriate signs of wear and use, sometimes odors, dust, etc. We make every effort to point out wear or damage that is beyond normal. We would never intentionally mislead a bidder, we simply may not know if pieces are missing, if there has been restoration, or if whatever information we have is accurate, and we welcome corrections if you see something is not right or not complete . What is in the photos is what is in the auction (except props), and photos are as much a part of the description as the verbal information so please look at them closely, if you do not see something do not assume it is included, it is not. If you need additional photos or have questions let us know. If we can find a less expensive way to ship after the auction we will, we check Fed Ex, or if an item can be safely packed in a flat or regional weight box we can compare that too. The shipping calculator is reliable for small items shipped in the US, but for many items it only provides an ESTIMATE , until some items are packed fully we can not be sure of final box size and weight and what service to use. We do not pack before an auction ends in case there are questions, so we can only ESTIMATE what that the exact cost will be. If you have any packing suggestions or preferences you need to let us know before we pack the morning after the auction . All a uctions include a $1.00 - $3.00 fee added to the actual shipping cost, this fee goes towards the insurance (all items are insured) and packing/handling costs,we cover the rest. We ship same or next business day, please do not hold it against us for unscanned packages not showing on the tracking or for the post office's delivery time.
