A beautiful Poole Pottery Limited Edition ginger jar with lid forming part of the Autumn 2005 collection. The collection was limited to 5000 pieces in each shape and pattern. This ginger jar measures 10cm high and is beautifully hand crafted. The Galaxy series was jointly designed by Anita Harris and Janice Tchalenko and represents the movement of meteorites in space. The jar is a stunning colour - vibrant red/orange on a dark background. The living glaze technique used by Poole Pottery gives a unique collectable piece. The jar has never been displayed and comes in the original branded box with the Limited Edition Confirmation Slip and would make an ideal gift. The base is stamped with Poole,the artists initials and number.
