Boxed Vintage Micro Scalextric Set Super Formula 1 by Hornby On sale is a fantastic vintage set of track and cars and I have thrown in some extra track in the form of a loop. This can be easily added to the f1 track for added enjoyment. I think the set is from the early 80s and is true vintage. Great for a collector! or scalextric fanatic. The track is quite large measuring around 2.5m x 3.5m so space is needed. All pieces are present and the set has been always kept in the box so no broken pieces either. I must mention that the track needs a good clean with a soft brush to get into the groves as the cars tend to jerk this is caused by dust in the groves nothing major and is easily put right with a little time spent. Apart from that it is in fully working order. The set comes with 2 F1 cars but I have thrown in 2 rally cars free. These are newer I think mid 90s. I have also included 3 extra motors so you can buy new shells and have a selection of cars. Also included is a maintenance kit with spare tyres and metal for the underneath of the cars for when it needs changing. The box is not in perfect condition but is in tact and the original instructions are also present. Any other questions just ask!
