For your consideration is a FirstEdition copy of A Boy for Sale: Children's Sermons by T. Fenwick Lund. It waspublished by the Pastor's Ideal Book Company of Clinton, Indiana in 1924. This was supplement number 8 of the Pastor's Ideal Sermon Book (a quick service for Busy Pastor's series). Lund served as pastor of the South Calgary United Church. A total of 26 children's sermons are included within this edition. They are little life lessons that suggested themselves from things seen in ordinary life. The author noted "It is the hope that the reading of these Story Sermons may help some who find difficulty in bringing a message to their junior congregation." Th e hardcover is red boards. The front cover features the title and author. The title and author are also printed on the spine. The printing is all clear and legible. The corners are lightly bumped. There are no stray marks, scratches, stains or discolorations on the covers. The residual of a label appears on the sine and I have NOT attempted to remove it. The 119 pages are in excellent condition. There are no underlines or highlights. There are no holes, tears, folded corners, or loose pages.
