Blue pictorial cloth binding decorated with gilt and a black and gilt stamped rider and horse on front cover. Gilt titles and decoration to spine. Gilt is mildly dulled, covers have rubbing and scuffing with worn corners, edgewear, and spine end fraying. Binding has cracked, but pages and signatures are tight and secure. Large format 7 x 9.5 x 2 inches. 399 pages plus 16 pages of publisher's advertisements. Text is clean but the first half of the book has finger smudges to the margins.
