FIVE DAY AUCTION. Bidding on vintage BOY SCOUT FELT BRAG or PATCH VEST with the patches and insignia glued onto the felt. Has total of 24 items on the front including Life Award Patch at the bottom left, council ID strip Overland, MO (St Louis) various rank patches and Troop Librarian patch upper left. Can't find the brown thread outlined patch to the right. You can see that t were originally 6 other items which have come off the vest and are not available.. Back contains 35 central patches with a few add-ons. Oldest patches are 1948, 1949, 1950 and 1951 St Louis Council Camporee Patches at the top of the back. Next row left to right are Conservation Good Turn 1954, 1953 Camporee and Conservation Camporee Cleveland, 1954. Next row is unknown patch with target, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1958 Camporee patches and an arrowhead patch. Next row San Gabriel Valley Council patch, Ozark Trail, Camp Lewallen, Arrowhead District and Gr. Cleveland Council strip. Next is San Gabriel Valley BSA round patch, St Louis Council Canoe Trails patch with Voyageur and Advanced strips, St Louis Council Camps with CM add on, 1954 Approved Camp Cleveland, Old Trails. Next row Follow the Rugged Road 1966, unknown red/black RI or IR patch (religious??), St Louis Area Council Campt with three addons at the top, unknown LD black/white patch and Cursader 1957 with image of statue of St Louis. Bottom row Explorer Conclave 1950, St Louis Fall Encampment 1956, Pow Wow St Louis 1950, Camp May St Louis Area Council, Jubilee Express 1959, 1956 Roundup and Fall Camporee. Some soiling to felt and some patches are curled slightly. Probably can remove all patches with very little difficulty, but I didn't want to attempt it--didn't want to damage the patches.
