This only applies when I misrepresent an item, not if you got it and decided you no longer want it. I try to give an honest description but I can and do sometimes make mistakes so let me know and we will work something out. If you do return an item I do not refund postage or insurance unless this is worked out between us before hand. Due to past experiences I no longer offer partial refunds. All items must be returned to me for a full refund of the selling price.When sending a payment please include the item number and description as I sell under more than one user name and payments without both are hard to track and can really slow up shipment.
