This beautiful frontier style bowie measures 12 3/4" overall, blade is 7 7/8" by 1 1/2" flat ground from 3/16" 01 knife steel, zone hardened & tempered, fileworked spine, satin finish.........Outstanding handle is made from a piece of stabilized California Buckeye burl with a section of grade A Ironwood burl for contrast...........all nickel-silver guard, buttcap & spacers.........Gunslinger style sheath made from 7-8 oz. veg. tanned tooling leather using this exact knife as the patttern...........all my knives are 100% handmade from raw materials, no factory parts or patterns are used in their construction..........Knife is brand new, never used or carried............great collectible piece, ready to carry & use if you so desire.........check my "me" page for contact info & website where dozens more of my knives can be viewed............
