Wonderful find: a large brass bucket, probably used for tinder/ small kindling near a fireplace. Made in England, and similar to those round wall plaques with images or scenes. This has two identical exterior scenes, outside a shop with two ladies and a tricorn hat gentleman. Movable handle; interior is painted a classic green. 11" diameter, 11 1/2" tall. With handle up, it is 20" tall. Super item to use as intended, or to hole a large flower arrangement, for a wastebasket, for holding items in the pantry, under a countertop on a shelf, or in the bath for towels. You can use for a magzine holdeer or for storage. Myriad of uses. Unique and hard to find this type of item. Classy for a hunt-inspired interior, an Anglophile interior, or for use with period decor.
