This item has the initials L&L WMC which denotes the now defunct White Mtal Casting company that was situated in Carlstad, New Jersy. The company made castings for others until the 1960's when it was abandoned. This scales of justice object is very nice with glass hangers (one has a small nick) and an art nouveau base. Item is 14 inches high when assembled, and has the stockno. 9137. This is the real thing not made anymore. Shipping within Canada and to USA is $9.00. Overseas airmail is negotiable.
