Up for auction is a Brass HO Scale Chicago, Aurora, & Elgin GE-Alco Steeple Cab Electric Frieght Locomotive produced by 'The Car Works' Produced in Seoul, Korea Item # 2001 - Fully assembled and beautifully factory painted. - Standard DC Powered - When power is applied, the unit jolts a little, then the rear axle ( I believe) begins to spark and the model has no motion. I do not know if there is a short in the unit or if the wiring is damaged. I am no good at this sort of thing so hopefully it is fixable. It is being sold AS IS.
