Brass HO S. SOHO & CO. CERA Central Electric Railway Association BOX TRAILER in Original Box . This is in real nice condition, no couplers included. In 1925 the CERA developed a standard box car design, the box car was 9 feet wide, 48 feet long and had a capacity of 40 tons. The cars rode on bolted arch bar trucks and were designed with radial-couplers enabling them to negotiate curves with a radius as small as 35 feet. There were minor variations in detail mainly consisting as to whether the car had round or flat ends. CERA box trailers were used by by the following lines: Northern Ohio, Penn-Ohio System, Western Ohio, Michigan United, Toledo Bowling Green & Southern, Cincinnati Hamilton & Dayton, Indiana Columbus & Eastern, Cincinnati & Lake Erie, Union Traction Co. of Indiana, Indiana Railroad, etc. Buyer adds $6.00 postage.
