2 Old Brass Soda Fountain Brass Gauges Valves The Liquid Carbonic CorporationThe bodies of these gauges are all brass with a cast iron turning handle, the pressure indicator gauges are steel body. The carbonic gauge has a brass bezel.Each gauge has an verall length is 9 1/2" from top of gauge to the bottom vertical threaded fitting.Approx. 6" wide from turn handle to right fitting.Each weighs approx. 6 pounds.Gauge #1:The Liquid Carbonic Corporation Chicago New York St. LouisNo dents in the body of the valve or on the pressure indicator. Glass is cracked on pressure indicator but the dial looks like it's in excellent condition, no scratches or discoloration. 3 5/8" diameter on the pressure gauge.Gauge #2:Same as gauge #1(The Liquid Carbonic Corporation) with surface rust on the handle ( I didn't use anything to free it up, the handle is frozen, most likley will free up with some rust/penetration oil.This one has some dents and grind marks on the back side of the valve body.Replaced pressure gauge (Marsh Instrument Co). The replaced gauge is all steel, does not have brass bezel like th eother.These came from an old drugstore Soda Fountain basement.Not sure exact application for this stuff, but it is part of the plumbing for a soda fountain operation.The threads look OK on these pieces, but without having some other fitting to thread read more
