From my personal vintage jewelry collection: Up for auction is this absolutely FABULOUS necklace, bracelet, and earring set. In my experience, I have seen this unsigned set listed as Weiss and Juliana in many different color schemes, but all I know is that I have seen it for years, and I love the design very much, especially the coloring. It's extremely hard to let this one go... Whoever the maker, it is of exceptional quality, and very high-end.Not signed but is classic Juliana style, metalwork and look. All prong set stones nice bright and crisp. Overall very fine vintage condition.The rhinestones are large and lovely, and consist of many sizes of ovals, pears, rounds, and emerald-cut faceted stones in a striking combination of grape, lavender, and a few clear stones. T are also stunning cabochons in a lavender givre (white swirls running through them) cabochons, smooth to the touch. All stones are smooth or faceted, and prong-set in bright silver-toned metal. This set is in wonderful condition, created in a 3-dimensional design that is one of my very favorites. I just hope my photos bring out just some of it's beauty, but am afraid that they make the pieces appear duller than they really are, so please bear with me on this one. The concept/design is one used frequently by Weiss, Juliana, and Kramer, but not always easy to find, because we love them, and hang onto them for awhile. The soft grape/lavender/givre/clear shades are always very desirable and relatively hard to find, especially in this design. This design has become a favorite of mine, quite intricate and amazing, given the level of detail.All stones appear bright and clear, with minimal, if any, apparent wear to them or to the extremely shiny silver-toned metalwork. T are no stones missing, dark or dull. All stones just shine brilliantly! This set is of excellent quality and is very wearable. It is absolutely amazing to find one in this wonderful condition. The adjustable necklace measures approx. 15 1/2 inches long, jeweled end to end, and 1 1/4 inches wide at the centerpiece drop, and is a very wearable size and weight. The necklace has had some repair work to it on the back...it has been soldered, but it looks like a really professional job and appears to hold quite nicely. All set in silvertone with VERY slight wear to it! A TRUE TREASURE TO OWN!! The slightly domed bracelet is as well, and measures approx. 7 1/4 inches long and 1 inch wide. T is a nice, tight clasp, and a working safety chain, the mark of a high-end piece. It has the cool and slinky feel against the wrist, for which this style is quite well-known.The glamorous climber earrings are fabulous as well, and measure approx. 1 1/4 inches long by 1 inch wide at their widest points. They are in quite a beautiful design that is magnificent, along with the other pieces in the set.This is an exquisite and treasured full parure! Always beautiful, well-constructed, and always in style.
