Brewery / Beer Knife - Kuntz Brewery Combination knife and bottle opener. Knife blade marked D. PERES SOLINGEN. "The Kuntz Brewery Limited, Waterloo, Ont. / The Original Kuntz." 3 1/2". The Kuntz brewery was founded in Waterloo in 1844. By 1910, the Kuntz Brewery had grown to become Ontario's second largest brewery. The brewery was sold to Carling's in 1929 and the Kuntz name was retained until 1940. The brewery was demolished in 1993. I am currently selling my beer advertising knife collection (except corkscrews).
