Mahogany model of BREWSTER F2-A NAVY FIGHTER. In June of 1938 the U.S. Navy ordered production of this advanced design monoplane with retractable landing gear. This was the first such airplane to see service. This beautiful model is carved from solid mahogany and is finished in striking pre -World War 2 colors and markings. The model's wingspan is 17 inches and it is 13 inches long. It has a nicely detailed engine and rotating prop. Being offered by a private party. Not a dealer.
