Up for auction is a customized Breyer model horse. I'm not sure which mold this is. He could have been a running Quarter Horse or Appaloosa. Regardless he has been customized to a golden Palomino gelding. He has had his mane and forelock removed and his tail altered. They have been replaced with fine off-white/cream mohair. Seams have been sanded and logo removed (Note: I try to get all the seams but some could have been a little better) Nostrils,ears and hooves have been carved out (frogs show). He has textured chestnuts. Ears,eyes,nostrils and hooves have been glossed. He has tri-colored eyes and light colored hooves. he has been signed and dated underneath. He has been airbrushed then handpainted and sprayed with a satin finish. He stands approximately 7" tall by 10" wide from nose to tip of flying tail. I believe he would be considered a "classic" size. In good condition with no chips or breaks. He has been painted to a dark golden Palomino with four white stockings and a blaze. He has some darker shading around his muzzle and eyes. Flesh color on his muzzle. He has light natural colored hooves. He has some suttle shading for highlights and definition. His original mane,forelock and tail have been removed/altered and replaced with hair. This is fine soft off-white/cream to flaxen mohair. This is my first attempt to do a custom read more
