For your consideration is a gorgeous woodgrain mustang from my collection. I found this model approximately 15 years ago in a group of boxed Breyers, all in their mid-1960s white boxes. It appears they were old store stock or found in a warehouse and were stored in their boxes since the 1960s. .The box is not available, sorry. You would be very hard-pressed to find another woodgrain mustang in this condition. He is almost mint. Because he was not completely rewrapped when put in his box so many years ago in that store, he has a couple teeny tiny rubs. He has small rubs on the outside of his rear hooves, almost non-existent rubs on his eartips, a rub underneath his tail w it rests on the ground (of course) and a small rub on the top edge of his right nostril. These are all as a result of being in that box all those years. And he does NOT have that rump split so many mustangs have. As a matter of fact, an appaloosa mustang I found with him does, and he was also in his box! What he does have is a little drip of gloss on his left hip. It is very hard to see and looks to be a drip of the gloss Breyer used back then. Definitely factory. It is very hard to see and the paint is not affected. Don't hesitate on this one. As I said, you would find it very difficult to find another in such wonderful condition . Seller accepts money orders or read more
