This auction is for an incredible Victorian Bride's Basket. I was told that the glass basket may be Fenton but I cannot verify or guarantee that information. The glass basket is beautiful and it is in very good condition; t are no chips, cracks, breaks or repairs. The glass bowl is white glass on the outside, pink on the inside and the fluted edges are a gold or amber color. T are three manufacturers defects in the galss on the inside of the basket. They look like dust specks and they are very minor, very small. I am mentioning them only for the sake of accuracy in my description. The silver basket is gorgeous as well and also in very good condition. I have included several photos so you can see the condition and details of both. The glass bowl measures 9 1/2 inches tip to tip and it stands 3 3/8 inches high. The silverplate basket is marked but I cannot read the maker name, it looks like it starts with a W; it is numbered 7610 and says silver plate, quadruple plate. The silverplate basket measures 11 inches high and it is 8 3/4 inches wide. The basket is in very good condition; t are no bends, digs or dents and t is very minor silverplate wear. Payment: I accept PayPal and either a Bank Cashier Check or Money Order. I do NOT accept personal checks; absolutely NO exceptions. Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. I am not an expert . I am acquiring knowledge as I sell; some things I will know more about than others. When I list I try to give as much information as possible. I am honest and if I overlook something it is because I just do not know. I appreciate any information regarding my items that anyone can give me and will quite often ask for information in my listings. When you need additional information or photos please email me well before the close of the auction if possible to enable me to respond. If you are a collector and/or expert and have a standard you want to meet than please ask me questions before you bid and with your help I will look at the item and the specific part of the item that you need to know more about. Thanks for your help. Return Policy : I do not accept returns. No Exceptions. Please be certain before you bid. Ask questions and request more photos if neccessary; I will be happy to provide them. Shipping and Insurance : I ship using all new packing materials. I normally ship by Priority Mail and use USPS Priority Mail boxes. The exception would be for items that are large and require a different size box. If appropriate I also use Media Mail and First Class mail thru the USPS. Because of the cost of shipping supplies I do charge a small handling fee. If I miscalculate the weight and cost of shipping I will issue a return for that portion of the shipping charge. I am not responsible for carrier mishap. Irregardless of how well a item is packed occasionally a mishap will occur. I highly recommend you purchase insurance for delicate items, such as glass. On occasion I may require insurance.
