O’Brien's Self Closing Till, Antique

Genuine Antique Mahogany Cash Register, made by O’Brien, Patent,30 Slater St., Liverpool, No: 31280.

The Till is in excellent condition, having a pull out cash drawer with 4 compartments in which to store the money. There’s a fine old brass “B” to hold the notes in place and a cast iron handle with “O’Brien” written on it. The bell is intact and “dings” when drawer is pulled out.

Roller bar for till roll is in place, but small bar at front is missing. Chain holding the lid needs attaching to the till and the key is missing. The till is very good condition for its age, it just needs a clean and a little restoration. A unique item of retail history.

Width, 24 cms, length 42cms, height 21 cms. As the till is fairly large, we can post, but buyer could collect if convenient.
