An original set of 1908 pattern webbing comprising belt, pair of shoulder straps and entrenching tool cover - all made by the same manufacturer (M.E.Co.) and all dated 1919! This equipment has been in storage for decades and all that is required is some cleaning of the brass fittings. Otherwise this scarce set is clean and undamaged. This webbing c omes from an extensive collection of militaria that is being put on the market for the first time and mostly related to the Maltese Corps of the British Army, such as the Royal Malta Artillery and the King's Own Malta Regiment and their predecessors.
