This pattern of equipment was a leather version of the 1937 pattern, made early in the war to supplement the 37 pattern. This example would fit a person with a 32 inch waist. This leather equipment was issued to colonial troops and some Home Guard units wore this as well. Issued and used but in good condition for age. Ideal for the WW2 collection or for Living History purposes .
