17063 – Private ThomasBoucher, Royal Warwickshire Regiment British War Medal Victory Medal All officially impressed. Background Thomas Boucher was born in Leamington Spa and joined the Royal Warwickshire Regiment in Coventry. His service papers (copies included) show he was posted to the Mespotomia Field Force in 1916. This would signify the 9 th Bn Warwicks and service in Iraq, a very interesting period of history and one where the Regiment were to play a significant part. Boucher served for over 3 years in the middle east before being discharged from the army in 1919. There are several copies of the service history included here (as well as the medal index card). Medals are all in very good condition. Reason for sale: I’m a Warwickshire Regiment collector and these are from my own collection. I’m thinning out some of my items and concentrating on one aspect of the Warwick’s history. Guarantee: I offer a full return guarantee, if you’re not happy with any aspect of the sale you can return the medals to me within 7 days and I will offer a no quibble refund.
