Forepaugh died in 1890 and Barnum and Bailey who retained Adam Forepaugh, Jr. as the Equestrian Director subsequently bought his circus. The program includes `Part I - Adam Forepaugh Menagerie`, `Part II - Popular Operatic and Musical Selections`, and thirteen displays devoted to `The beautiful and imposing military entree of the Red Hussars`; `Realistic Illustrations of Life in the West` including `Indian Foot Race`, `A Western Dance by Dashing Cowboys and Pretty Prairie Girls` and `The Torture by Fire of a Captured Scout`; among various acrobatics and amazing animal performances within the three areas. 19 x 9.1`.
