Brochure from Fall River Lodge / Estes Park , Rocky Mountain National ParkThis is round two of our downsizing. We are going to sell this stuff instead of our executor! This week we are offering another batch of Estes Park ephemera collected over the last thirty years. These pieces include brochures from Bear Lake Lodge, Brinwood, Lewiston Hotel, Spragues, Steads Ranch, Fall River Lodge, The Crags, etc. Many of these hotels, located in Rocky Mountain National Park , were torn down by the Park Service. This is the only example of this brochure we can remember seeing. The photographs show cars from the late 1940s or early 1950s, but knowing that photographs were often recycled for a number of years we suspect this brochure dates from the mid 1950s. Fall River Inn was located in Horseshoe Park in Rocky Mountain National Park at the base of Fall River Road . Like the rest of the historic lodges it was demolished in the early 1960s. The brochure measures 9 x 4 inches and has sixteen pages bound on the 4 inch edge. It is in near as printed condition. Packing and postage is $2.00 via first class US Mail. No international sales including Canada . Payment by PayPal or US Postal money order. Personal checks from previous customers or bidders known to us. Will combine shipping on multiple items.
