This is an absolutely gorgeous, bronze sculpture of an Arabian Stallion by well known artist, Robert Larum. It is large, measuring approximately 17 1/2 tall and 19 1/2 long. These dimensions include the wooden base that it is on. The base measures approximately 1 1/2 inches tall, 6 3/4 inches wide, and 15 1/2 inches long. As stated in the title, the piece is titled Arabian Stallion, and was made in 1985. It is numbered 15 out of 18 (15 / 18). I believe that this was one of his earlier Arabian horse sculptures. It has been long ago discontinued, and is no longer available. I love Mr. Larum's style. The horse has very smooth and clean lines. All of his pieces are like this. He definitely has a style all his own. In Mr. Larum's 30 years as an artist, he has created and sold out several hundred of his bronze editions. His work is not limited to the Arabian horse. His subjects include all breeds as well as wildlife, dogs, and people. Don't miss this opportunity to own one of Robert Larum's bronzes. Considering the quality, the price is excellent!
