Bronze Putti French Wall Ornament boy w/ lute circa 1850's
This is a fabulous Antique Bronze Putti. The boy looks very angelic. The boy is also holding an instrument. The boy is sitting on a bronze carpet. The back of this piece is flat and backed by wood. This has a beautiful patina and the workmanship is gorgeous. approx. 11" at its longest point and 12" at its tallest point. It is very very old and it looks OLD. It appears to have some solder repairs and the chain may have been added, One of the wires connecting the bronze chain seems to have been repaired at one point.
